available to the tenants of The Water Garden. The amenities
and services include office and banking services, child
care facilities, fine restaurants and casual cafes,
personal care salon, car wash and a private state-of-the-art
fitness club.
The Water Garden’s ongoing communication
affords tenants frequent interaction and dialogue with
management. An array of communiqués including
project newsletters, and tenant contact email correspondence,
keep tenants, visitors and guests informed about the latest
developments and programs taking place at The Water
Garden.

Throughout the year, The Water Garden
stages a series of events to enhance the tenants’
professional experience at the project. Tenant appreciation
and educational advisory events take place each month.
Highlight events include a Summer Concert Series, and a Holiday Dessert Celebration.
Dedicated to the safety of the tenants,
management holds annual fire drills, floor warden training
and emergency preparedness training programs. Committed
to the community, The Water Garden stages blood drives
and toy drives and much more to offer assistance to
those in need.
