The Water Garden is a Class “A” trophy suburban office complex situated on 17 acres
and is located in Santa Monica, California. The project is comprised of six 6-story glass towers and two 5-story
glass tower totaling 1.27 million square feet with three levels of subterranean parking. The Water Garden, which
offers landscaped private balconies adjacent to many tenant suites, was built in two phases. Phase I was
built in 1990 and Phase II in 2000. The acclaimed architectural firm, McLarand, Vasquez & Partners, Inc, designed
both phases. The Water Garden has a state-of-the-art automated fire life safety system and on-site security
24 hours/7 days a week, elevator card key access and surveillance equipment placed strategically throughout
the property.

Distinguished by timeless and classical design, The Water Garden represents the Westside’s
premier business environment, richly enhanced by sculpted granite set amid expansive lawns and a lakeside promenade.
Totaling 1.27 million square feet, The Water Garden is comprised of eight neoclassic office buildings that
radiate the power and sophistication of the finest high rise, but on a much more human scale. Located in the
heart of Santa Monica, the complex offers picturesque views of the Santa Monica Mountains, West Los Angeles and the beach.
