Ms. Delfosse works closely with the Property Manager in the day-to-day
operations of maintaining the Property. She ensures that the contracted
vendors are performing in compliance with the contracts in force. Ms.
Delfosse conducts weekly property inspections to ensure the project is always
looking its best. Ms. Delfosse also handles tenant and vendor insurance
requirements.
Ms. Delfosse:
– is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California
– has 6 years industry experience
– speaks Spanish fluently
