Cindy Hochbrueckner manages all day-to-day operations of maintaining The Water Garden property. She supervises
all personnel, and contract services to ensure that the project is managed under the guidelines of the
Management Agreement.
Ms. Hochbrueckner:
- Has over 15 years of experience managing commercial real estate
- Managed properties ranging in size from 300,000 to 2,000,000 square feet
- Is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California
- Obtained her RPA in 2001
